Today and Future Goals

Immediately after completing his "Distant Stars Calling" project, Dmitry began to work on "LightMyWay," a new compilation in which he strives to show his entire creative potential. Professional musicians, poets and producers from America, England, Sweden and other countries are working with him on the project. Now, Dmitry is looking for new contacts with established artists for his new songs, as well as a deal with production company as a composer.

Besides this, Dmitry has established the "Open Project" musical society. It is a web site where creative people working in various modern musical styles can get acquainted and share their ideas. The goal of the Open Project is to unite beginners and experienced professionals in the music industry in joint musical projects. The society is just getting started, but its members already include musicians from more than 25 countries, and it is growing day by day.

"My heart lives on music," says composer Dmitry Rybnikov. "I like to compose in all styles and genres. It's interesting to work with new people, so I'm always open to that."

Biography

Dmitry Rybnikov is a musician, composer, producer and sound engineer. He grew up in a musical family and received a classical musical education. He began to compose in early childhood, composing his first song at the age of 7.

At age fifteen, Dmitry wrote the music for the Usman Saparov's film "Little Angel, Bring Me Joy," which won a prize at the Kinotavr Film Festival in Sochi. But one of his most colorful film projects was the music to the Russo-Chinese film "Magical Portrait," directed by Gennady Vasiliev, where he managed to superbly convey the mood of Chinese culture. His work on the space-odyssey film "Per Aspera Ad Astra: The New Version" directed by Nikolai Viktorov, is also interesting. In it, Dmitri tried to preserve and newly arrange the melodies of the old version of the film while creating a new, modern musical environment.

Besides his individual creative work, Dmitry spends a lot of time working with his father as a musical producer, for example, in the films "Children from the abyss," directed by Pavel Chukhrai and produced by Steven Spielberg, ExLife (mystical thriller) - Good Films Factory (USA),
"I'm Guilty 2", "Be Happy in the New Year 2", and "Homeless Lady." He also took on the role of musical producer for the new recording of "Juno and Avos," the well-known opera by Alexei Rybnikov.

Dmitry pays particular attention to recording equipment. In his work, he always uses the most progressive musical technologies. His recording studio, created according to his own original design, has a unique atmosphere for creative work.
